Emerge America

Emerge America is the premier training program for Democratic women.

We inspire women to run, we hone their skills to win.

Our goal is clear: to increase the number of Democratic women in public office.

Application Process

Each Emerge state will review completed applications and select finalists for the Program. Finalists will be invited to attend an interview with a selection committee. From these interviews, the Program members will be selected.

The program dates vary by state but generally meet one weekend a month for 7 months. The success of the Emerge program depends upon commitment to the program's entire schedule by each participant. Over the seven-month period, approximately 70 program hours are scheduled. Some time outside of regularly scheduled seminars will be necessary for class preparation.
