Erin Bilbray-Kohn

Erin Bilbray-Kohn has spent the last decade as a political and strategic consultant to federal, state, and local campaigns, as well as community advocacy organizations.

Erin Bilbray-Kohn has decided to focus her consulting business on "Women Only" candidates and progressive organizations.  Her clients include, Councilwoman Lois Tarkanian, Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto and emergeNevada, a non-profit that recruits and trains women to run for political office in Nevada and the Clark County Democratic Party (the Clark County Party represents almost 80% of the Democrats in the State of Nevada.)   She was also elected to serve as National Committee Woman for the State of Nevada - and will serve as one of Nevada's superdelegates in 2012.

She formally served as a Special Assistant in the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs of the U.S. Department of Commerce and as a Legislative Specialist in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.  She has worked on several local and federal campaigns.  Notably, she has served as the National Finance Director for Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada and as Finance Director and Senior Campaign Advisor for Las Vegas City Councilwoman Lois Tarkanian.  She led the DNC's lauded Democratic Business Council as its Executive Director, acting as a liaison between business leaders and the national Democratic Party.  She also served as the Finance Director of the DNC's Women's Leadership Forum.  She currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Desert Research Institute of the University of Nevada, The Nevada Committee on Foreign Relations, The Southern Nevada Prom Closet and OliveCrest Homes and Services for Abused Children.  

Erin is married to Dr. Noah Kohn, a Pediatrician who runs a free clinic for homeless and indigent children in Las Vegas.  They have two beautiful daughters, Riley (6) who would like to be Governor of Nevada and Daisy Cassidy (3) who would like to be Tinkerbell.
