Anne Graham

Anne followed her father into medicine, ultimately becoming a pediatric nurse practitioner. She believes there is no greater calling than caring for people, especially children. Anne was on Maine's Early Childhood Taskforce for over 4 years, focusing on improving children's health. She also worked on United Way's "Let's Go" program, which focused on prevention of childhood obesity. In 2007, Governor Baldacci appointed her to the Advisory Council on Health Systems Development. Their main charge is to develop the state's health care plan and control costs. In 2007 she was elected to the North Yarmouth Board of Selectmen. There she worked on tax concerns, property rights, recycling, environmental issues, and school consolidation. She also serves as her town's representative to the Regional Planning Committee on school consolidation. Anne is a 2010 candidate for the Maine state legislature.
